Hi! My name is Sharaya and I'm from a small town called Rock Hill in South Carolina. I moved to Florida in the 7th grade and have been here since. Right now I'm a senior at the University of North Florida studying Computer Science. Once I graduate I hope to work in government or financial sectors.
One interesting fact about me is that I have 10 sibling across my mom and my dad which tends to shock people. I'm also a part of a faternity called Kappa Alpha Theta and work as a Resident Assistant. I'm a certified medical administrative assistant and have been since my senior year in high school.
One of my favorite hobbies is to crochet since I learned in high school. I make blankets, clothes, and plushies. I also like to bake, read, write, and play video games.
My major interest outside of my hobbies is music. I love listening to all types of genres and learning about how to captivate an audience.
I recieved my high school diploma and medical assistant certificaion at West Port High School in Ocala, FL. There I also attended the College of Central Florida through there dual enrollment program. At UNF, I hope to complete my Bachlor's degree in 2025 as well as my cybersecurity training with the NSA. After some time in the work force I plan on going back to school to get my Master's and possibly my PHD.
